Large, still life by Swedish artist Anna-Stina Lorentze Nilstoft. Painted circa 1958 this vibrant oil on board depicts a lemon Holmegaard vase full of golden tulips. Three bright oranges huddle stage right on a berry coloured cloth. Sumptuous painting technique with lavish confident strokes. A wonderful pop of colour for a minimal space.
